Consumer Report does lab testing, complete rip downs and whatever you can think of to test products. The Consumer Reports testing labs have decade of experience ripping down electronics. They have been taking telephones apart since dial phones. They are the go to guys when it comes to reviews. For Consumer Reports to put the Blackberry Storm 9350 on the first page of the Phones and Mobile Devices section is a huge accomplishment.
